Priority Processing

Select the Priority Processing option in the shopping cart for $1.98 and The Hershey's Store guarantees your order will ship from our warehouse today.

Adding Priority Processing to your order lets our staff know that the order requires immediate attention and needs to ship out of our facility today. While we guarantee that the order will leave our facility today, standard shipping rates still apply. If you prefer express shipping, please be sure to select either Next Day Air shipping or Second Day Air shipping when checking out.

While some oversized items may qualify for Priority Processing, they are not eligible for express shipping (Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipping).

The Priority Processing option is available on most items within The Hershey's Store and will be presented as an option only on items that qualify. If you do not see the option, ADD PRIORITY PROCESSING while on the shopping-cart page, an item in your shopping cart does not qualify.

Choosing Priority Processing does not guarantee that your order will be automatically approved. If, during our review process, errors are found or the credit card is declined, then the order will be placed on hold until the issues are resolved.

Priority Processing is only available for in-stock orders placed between the hours of 12:00 a.m. EDT and 2 p.m. EDT, Monday through Friday.

The option to add Priority Processing to your order will only be available in the shopping cart during these hours. If you added the option to your cart prior to 2 p.m. EDT, but had not submitted your order by then, you may submit the order up until 2:30 p.m. EDT. Otherwise the option will not apply, though the fee will be charged to your credit card.

If you choose both Priority Processing and COOLSHIP keep in mind that COOLSHIP orders only ship from our facility on Monday through Wednesday. If you place an order with both these services on Thursday through Sunday it will ship the following Monday.

The Hershey's Store ships most in stock orders to the U.S. within one business day of receipt. Shipment options are provided at time of check out.

Standard shipping rates are shown above. Next day and 2nd day shipping are available. Next day and 2nd day rates will be calculated at time of checkout. Orders shipped to AK, PR, VI, Guam and HI must be shipped by 2nd day air. You will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order.

In order to preserve the fine quality of your HERSHEY’S products, and to ensure your utmost enjoyment of them, COOLSHIP shipping is required for all items that may be heat sensitive. We carefully pack your order into an insulated container with a reusable non-toxic liquid ice pack, which maintains optimal temperature during transit. Orders sent via COOLSHIP are shipped Monday through Wednesday, via 2nd Day Delivery, ensuring uninterrupted transport. COOLSHIP rates include the cost of the reusable cooler and the non-toxic liquid ice pack.

In the event that an order contains both temperature sensitive and non-temperature sensitive items, all items will be shipped together; however, they will be placed in separate poly bags for protection during transit.
