1) What is Hershey of the Month? back to top
Hershey of the Month is a membership program where we will send you a special, Hershey-themed box every month. The service is easy to use and customizable - you can make changes online whenever you need.

You always have complete control over your Hershey of the Month orders and we send an email reminder 10 days before each order ships. Changes to orders can be made any time within 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date and you can skip your order or cancel by visiting the 'Hershey of the Month' section within your account.

Joining Hershey of the Month is easy; it can be done while browsing the Hershey of the Month product page. To subscribe, simply select Hershey of the Month and check out as normal.

3) What will happen after I join Hershey of the Month? back to top
After you join Hershey of the Month, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the 'My Hershey of the Month ' section in your account where you can manage your future orders and Hershey of the Month account information.

We will place your Hershey of the Month orders automatically and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before each Hershey of the Month order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Hershey of the Month account, such as if you cancel your subscription and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

4) How do I make changes to my Hershey of the Month order? back to top
Once you've joined, Hershey of the Month is easy to manage. You can skip an order or cancel a subscription by visiting the 'Hershey of the Month' section in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Skip a delivery: - To skip an order, visit the 'My Next Order' tab within the 'Hershey of the Month' section of your account and click the 'Skip Delivery' button to the right of the upcoming order date dropdown to skip the order.

Cancel subscription: - To cancel a subscription item, please visit the 'Hershey of the Month' tab in your account and simply click the 'Edit' link to the right of the subscription details and click the 'Pause Subscription' button. You'll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you've selected a cancel reason and clicked the 'Pause Subscription' button, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action.

Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.

5) How do I make changes to My Hershey of the Month account information? back to top
To review or modify your Hershey of the Month account information, visit 'Hershey of the Month' located within your account. You can change your shipping address for an individual order or at the subscription item level, which is the default option and will affect all future orders.

To change your shipping address for an order, please visit 'Hershey of the Month' section of your account and click on 'My Next Order' tab and click the 'Edit' link located directly to the right of the current shipping information. Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address will apply to all subscriptions and future orders unless otherwise noted. To change your shipping address for a subscription, please visit 'Hershey of the Month' section of your account and click the 'My Subscriptions' tab, click the 'Edit' link to the right of the subscription details and then click the 'Change Address' button. Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

6) What is the difference between the 'My Next Order' and 'My Subscriptions' tabs? back to top
The 'My Next Order' tab shows the details for your next scheduled order.

The 'My Subscriptions' tab displays individual subscription items and all associated details for each individual subscription including next order date, quantity, delivery frequency and shipping address.

7) How do I view my future deliveries? back to top
You can view your future orders in the 'My Next Order' tab in the 'My Hershey of the Month' section of your account. Your very next scheduled order will be displayed. To see additional deliveries, click on the down arrow next to the next scheduled order date below 'ORDER DATE.'

8) What types of payment are accepted for Hershey of the Month? back to top
All Hershey of the Month subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.

9) Is it possible to gift a Hershey of the Month subscription? back to top
While Hershey of the Month does not support gifting at this time, it is possible to purchase a subscription and cancel after any number of orders, at your convenience.

10) Hershey of the Month Terms back to top
Hershey of the Month items will ship automatically until you cancel. By placing this order you are authorizing us to charge your card for future orders. The actual cost of each shipment may vary.
